1. Use of Platform

TurfGridHQ acts as an online intermediary marketplace linking booking players to turf ground venues. We do not own, manage, or maintain the sports arenas listed on our directories.

2. Payments & Booking Fees

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment verification.
• A non-refundable 1% convenience fee is applied to online checkouts for maintenance and hosting costs.
• All transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure checkout gateway.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are permitted up to 6 hours prior to the booked slot start time. Approved refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

4. Liability

TurfGridHQ is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes that occur at the turf grounds during the scheduled slot hours. Players use the venues at their own risk.
