Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TurfGridHQ, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience for both players and turf owners. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully before making a transaction.

1. Slot Cancellations

Users can request a booking cancellation through the TurfGridHQ customer support channel or by contacting the turf venue directly using the details provided on the receipt ticket.

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled slot start time to be eligible for a refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Any cancellation requests made less than 6 hours before the booked hour will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Processing

  • Original Payment Method: Eligible refunds are processed back directly to the original payment source (credit card, UPI, net banking, or debit card) through the Razorpay checkout portal.
  • Timeline: Once initiated, refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's billing cycle.
  • Convenience Fee: Please note that the 1% platform convenience fee charged during online checkout is non-refundable.

3. Exceptions & Disputes

If a booking is cancelled by the turf owner due to weather conditions, maintenance, or force majeure events, a 100% full refund (including any platform fees) will be processed back to the customer automatically.
